Florida Licensed CAM, supervises the overall management of the association by preparing budgets, maintaining association's Official Records, overseeing Board and Member meetings, facilitating in obtaining insurance, complying with association governing documents and statutory requirements, and duties relating to those of a registered agent.

Association Accounting Department, disburses association funds upon Board approval, posts and deposits monthly assessments, prepares individual Unit ledgers, prepares monthly financial statements, and assists in the transfer of Unit ownership.*Contact Ted for Estoppel Certificate Requests.

Administrative Department, assists in the preparation and mailing of association meeting notices, helps facilitate and attends all association meetings, and aids in communication between the Board and professionals (insurance brokers, attorneys, etc.).
